Aparna Dubey is a senior marketing and business leader with 15 years of experience at Procter & Gamble. She has a stellar track record of growing businesses, building brands and high performing organizations. She is a post-graduate in business management from IIM Ahmedabad, which is a premier B-school in India. She majored in strategy and marketing. 

She believes that the future is full of possibilities that can be unlocked through the power of ideas and social connections. Enabling young women to form a community and equipping them with the right skills will realize these possibilities. She wants to make a difference in the world by using her skills and experiences and is a strong advocate of skill-based volunteering. She mentored SCWO over the last year before joining the Women’s Register committee. She also trains business and innovation courses. In her spare time, she reads and likes gardening with dreams of growing her own food one day.
