About the Speaker

Amanda Kiemas is the Channel and Alliances Leader for Amazon Web Services (AWS) Asia Pacific and Japan. She leads a team that works with various consulting and technology partners across the region to define and develop Go-To-Market solutions to ensure successful customer migrations on AWS Cloud. Amanda is an ASEAN scholarship winner.

About the Speaker

Annette Thia joined AWS in 2016, and leads a team responsible for Data Center hiring across ASEAN. For more than 10 years, she has been passionate about helping others navigate their career paths. Before shifting her focus to recruitment, she worked at a shipping and logistics MNC for over 8 years. She has been based in China and Belgium, before returning to Singapore. With a Bachelor’s degree from the National University of Singapore, Annette also holds a HR Certification from Singapore Management University. She is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt coach, and is currently doing her Professional Coaching Certification.

About the Speaker

A solutions architect at AWS, Annie Dongmei An helps empower enterprises across ASEAN to innovate with modern IT architecture in the cloud. She champions IT projects to improve humanitarian aid in ASEAN and alleviate Global Warming in Europe. Annie is a strong advocate for enabling next-gen coders and women in IT, and was recently recognized as one of the top 100 Women in IT in Singapore, as published by Singapore Computer Society in 2020.

About the Moderator

Irene Boey has more than 25 years’ experience in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence.  She specialises in using Descriptive, Predictive, Prescriptive Analytics to enable businesses from wide range of industries to gain actionable insights from data.  She is the adjunct lecturer in NUS and the Pioneer Mentor in ASEAN Mentorship for Entrepreneurs Network by the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC). Irene is currently the ASEAN Mentor at Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and the Vice President, membership and training at Association of Small & Medium Enterprises (ASME).  Irene is also the current President of University Women’s Association Singapore (UWAS).
